HOME / Hôtel de Vendôme

The Hôtel de Vendôme, located in the heart of Paris, offers its guests the luxury, comfort and technology of a 5 star hotel, combined with the discretion of a private residence. Its address, at 1 Place Vendome, makes you enter into History…

In the 17th Century, on the orders of Louis XIV and construction plans of Jules Hardouin Mansart, was built the famous Place and a large number of sumptuous mansions all around it. The Hôtel de Vendôme, which was first named “Hôtel de Bataille Francès”, was completed in 1723. It was built for Pierre Perrin, secretary of the King, by Armand Claude Mollet, architect of the Palais de l’Elysée. The hotel successively belonged to different families, including that of Vendôme, who gave it his name. In the 19th Century, the building was converted into a hotel for travelers, under the “Hôtel Bristol” name, where King Edward VII had his habits.

Since then, the building has remained unchanged and preserved its spirit of hospitality for travelers around the world.

Both classic, elegant and sophisticated, the 19 rooms and 10 suites of the Hôtel de Vendôme, welcome you in a unique and very French atmosphere.

In a more contemporary and very “couture” style, the restaurant of the hotel, “1 Place Vendome,” has become a must in Paris. You will appreciate the chic decor inspired by the “pied de coq” fabric of Chanel and the pale grey from Dior.

The restaurant, located on the first floor of the hotel, offers a refined and simple menu, based on fresh and seasonal products. At night, more sophisticated and for lunch, more dynamic, the atmosphere can take many and varied aspects.

For an afternoon delicious break, or evening signature cocktail, you will delight your senses in this cozy and intimate place.

The Hôtel de Vendôme has kept this French atmosphere appreciated worldwide, but with a touch of contemporary insolence, in the heart of Paris.
