HOME / Omega

Our pioneering spirit has taken us to the Moon, helped us conquer the oceans’ depths, and allowed us to time the world’s most important sporting events. At the same time, we were setting precision records and have been continuously re-defining state-of-the-art mechanical watchmaking since 1848.

Omega has been closely associated with many great achievements, such as the conquest of space, deep-sea exploration, timekeeping for the greatest sports competitions and setting an unrivaled number of records for accuracy. The technology of the Co-Axial movements perfected by the brand is often held to be one of the most sophisticated in the world. Omega is determined to maintain its efforts to develop its Co-Axial movements more fully and to present new technological and stylistic innovations, such as have always sustained the reputation of the brand. The year’s major events include the launch of a ladies’ wristwatch that will leave a significant mark on its time and one more step forward in the development of the world’s best series-produced mechanical watch movement. Our family of diving watches, still as highly esteemed as ever, acquires several new models, while the classic Speedmaster gains fresh energy in a compelling new interpretation. So it is simply in the nature of things that Omega has its place of honor on a square that is famous world-wide for the outstanding Watchmaking and Jewelry Houses that are gathered there.
